We are sorry you feel that way. We always ship the goods also if you select airmail. We always will be able to provide a proof as shipent to you as well, you can reach out to our customer service for that. We never recommend airmail as it is simply not trackable.

If you are able to select the gift (plus if it is available to your country) and it is on your order confirmation then we should have sent it. You can always reach out to our customer service if a product is not delivered which is on the order confirmation.

We are sorry to hear that your parcel did not arrive yet. We see that you placed an order for Euro 164,- and that is it shipped on September 24th. The shipment option selected was by airmail which means we won't be able to track it. You will be able to reach out to our customer service via the contact form and they will be able to send you a proof of postage.
