“Package got lost the first time, after some issues it got resent Instead of 3g of one product I received 5 which was a nice suprise Havent tried to research it yet tho, so I dont know if I actually got what I ordered They should probably switch from PostNl to DHL too. I give 4/5 for the customer service, but I cannot give 5/5 until I know the products are legit”

Thank you! Unfortunately we can't use DHL as in the past there were too many issues so therefore we decided not to use them anymore. All products we offer are legit otherwise we cannot ship them of course :)

“Great Products with stable and realiable quality, friendly and helpful stuff, but sometimes You have to wait few days for answer via e-mail, somtimes even weeks, but at the end they always find good solution:)) Deliveries should be more reliable.. unfortunately there are too many "lost" packages, what a shame on delivery companies and their little thiefes :x”

We can see that your parcel has been shipped on August 1st and delivered on August 12th. 10 days transit time is quite normal to your country at the moment. We hope that you will change the review as you received the parcel, we always make sure that our customers get their goods.

“UPDATE: RC Team got in touch with me and send me a track number of a re-send parcel. For now things seems to be working good, like past experiences. Alea jacta est. I’’ so upset… I use to have great experiences with. RC. But now im facing problems with the delivery for more than 3 weeks. I really hope they solve my problem.”

Hello Luana, Sorry to hear that. We always take care of our customers. Please contact our customer service so they can look into this and we will need to open a claim for you. To do this we need to inform courier of the contents of the package (we need your approval to do this). Once we have your approval, we then have 2 weeks to get this moving, if we can’t get it moving in this time then we will reship to an alternative address.

“first of all, i want to appologize for some bad reviews i made earlier, which were the result of me being impatient and trustless because after i made the order and received the tracking code, this tracking code took a long time (more than two weeks, which is longer than usual) to even get updated on the tracking system, which got me thinking that it will never do but it did update eventually, and the parcel got shipped, and i received it succesfully, but i haven't got to try it yet and i suppose this delay in shipping is not entirely their fault, but the courier company's also, either way it's something of an annoyance apart from this, i'd like to thank you and wish you and everyone the best of luck”

Thank you for your review Anes. We can understand the frustration sometimes. We fully depend on the speed and trustworthyness of the couriers we use. And unfortunately they do not always have a very high score in that. It gives us a bad name, but we have to deal with that. I am glad that everything turn out well. Hope to see you back soon.

“Ordered twice, first order arrived in a couple days and all great, at the second order payed a couple days ago i did not recieve any further updates about expedition, the support is of no help at the moment.. So from my experience it's a 50/50 chance you'll get what you pay for .. Update.. I did though recieve the order a bit later than expected.. Thank you RC”
