“I am glad for having started my research using Rc products and services. So far I completed two orders, a testing one and a regular one: - The testing one was initially not completely satisfactory as I received less amount of product than agreed. The quality of the product received was excellent though. After reporting the issue via e-mail, I received a positive response from Rc with an acceptable solution. - The regular one has been very satisfying so far regarding the purchase process and the delivery. Due to my previous experience, I will check the quantity of the product during my upcoming research. I am confident the quality will be as excellent as the previous order. Prior to my second order, I got a very efficient and professional support form the Live Chat service.”

“Excellent products, it is a pity that their delivery to France is suspended... But the Prague delivery was not a problem for the 5gr of NEP but concerning 2-MMC, on 5x1 gr ordered and paid, there was only 1x 1gr in the envelope... /GLS/”
