“Quality product super good. I had a problem with the shipping, but the customer service was very efficient and quick to solve the problem. The only thing is that the shipping takes more than 10 days to be delivered, but I guess it is related to where you leave. All in all, good experience, I will definitely recommend this service to everyone”

As for delivery dates - it's highly dependent on the shipping method, so we always encourage customers to choose DHL or UPS, which are insured and generally take less than 1-2 weeks within the EU. However, delays may occur sometime due to a number of reasons: weather conditions, warehouse maintenance, or transit delays. However, you can always find interesting info about chemicals in our blogs (https://realchems.net/blog), or by researching it in online communities. Unfortunately, we cannot physically provide all the information there is, about each chemical, as the field of research is Really wide.
