“I received second order with tracking to canada in about 3 weeks. Still waiting on first order sent with regular airmail from almost 2 months ago.”

Hi there, Glad you have received your second tracked order and hope that Airmail reached you eventually, Unfortunately, untracked airmail can be unpredictable sometimes, and there's no way to know what happened to it in mid-shipment. And there's nothing we can do as it is just a letter with stamps. So we do encourage choosing tracked delivery when possible. Thank you for your kind feedback. Our team prioritizes dispatching packages as fast as possible. Unfortunately, some carriers are a bit slower than others. We ask our customers to use the tracked methods of shipping as possible such as DHL or UPS. We appreciate your feedback!
