“Customer service is pretty good, delivery once did not arrive due to customs. Other then that fast delivery and cool support desk.”

“The live chat function is excellent - quick response and very good. For me the complication was shipping stuff to the Azores: strictly speaking within the EU, part of Portugal, but in reality a world removed from the slick efficient courier services of the world. After 10 days I started making enquiries, and chatted to your live chat on several occasions. The person promised to follow up with DHL. The package arrived about 2 weeks later. In good order. All good. I tested the content and was VERY pleasantly surprised by what I had bought from you. If you can sort out the courier/shipping issue to the Azores, your services is excellent. Thank you. I'll order again in the future. Maybe you want to appoint me your agent in the Azores!!”
