“I had an issue with my order. Initially, realchems did not address the points I raised but then they eventually did and explained did inconsistency. They are a legit company I would order from them again.”

“Good quality product ( most of the time, not always) and had a small problem with delivery once. Didn't get dealt with in a most friendly manner by costumer service, but fortunately for RealCems it sorted itself out...”

“Great service - all shipments always arrived without problems. In addition, I do not give one star due to the lack of offer of benzodiazepines and overall they took a wider range. but overall there is great satisfaction with RC so thank you. :-)”

“C'était très long, premiere commande perdu pour des buvards ( sans suivi) cette commande avec (suivi). Et pour le retard on m'avait promis un kit gratuit de mon choix (lsd 125mg ou autre.. ) et que dal! Mais franchement le principal est là j'ai bien reçu ma fiole et pour ça pas déçu 😅🙈. Sa rigole pas la goutte”

“1st order that I made with airmail never arrived (to be expected 100%). Always make sure that you pick a tracked option such as DPD or DHL when purchasing! The 2nd order that I received came in about 6-7 days. Products are of good quality and are decently priced when you have a coupon code. Customer support is also really efficient to respond to any questions either with live chat or email. The company is legitimate, but please always choose a TRACKED shipping option!”

Hi Damien, Thanks for taking the time to share your feedback! Unfortunately, untracked airmail can be unpredictable sometimes, and there's no way to know what happened to it in mid-shipment. And there's nothing we can do as it is just a letter with stamps. But some prefer it as it doesn't require a signature. So we do also encourage choosing UPS or DHL right now, as they are the best overall shipping services. Hopefully, your experience forward with us will always be worth 5 stars:) RC team, Daniel

“Note: For some reason cant revise my previous review. So i will recap. They made a mistake in my order, they recognized their mistake and few days later they send me the rest of my order. If anything else that shows responsibility. They are legit, a bit prone to mistakes but after all who is not, right? Thanx RealChems”
