Hi, i needed time to rate my experience , i have tested your product with à ehrlich reactive, and i can tell that there is no synth lsd molecule in it. So iam à bit disapointed,

Sometimes flawless, sometimes very frustrating customer service. They now refuse to reply to my emails through which I try to get the product I paid for have actually delivered.

no problems in the past, but now i ordered 200€ worth of 1cp-lsd, first shipment had no movement, after waiting 2 weeks they finally reshipped, only for the reshipped package to stop having any updates(again) meanwhile my 25€ order for idra-21 came without a problem, no response from the support(now it's been a whole work week) I'm just annoyed and disappointed at this point.

Hi, i have order 3 times (2 of the times were through a friend account) all 3 times realchems has put the address wrong and iv had big headaches to try and retrieve the packages most recent order from 2 days ago which i made new account put postage address checked everything but on the email confirmation from https://tracking.postnl.nl/ the address is again wrong... i don't understand how this keeps happening iv emailed to find out why with no response so far from realchems im hoping realchems see this review and get in contact because they have great prices and products and i just want to receive my orders please

Please note that the address we provided to the courier is correct. The system of the courier requests us to fill in the number seperate from the street and therefore it might be displayed differently. This has nothing to do with Realchems. As far as we can see the parcels have been all delivered. We of course are sorry if it causes some inconvenience. We will double check next time if there is any way we can make the address more clear, by e.g. add an extra row.

There was a confusion on the product and they said it was ilegal to send it to Spain and it was not. After a few mails, they recognized that there were a intern system error, for me it was to late and i could not purchase the product.

Sorry to hear about that. If we make a mistake ourselves then we will always compensate if you do not receive the pacakage or if you paid and we cannot ship out. Please contact our customer service and we will come up with a solution :)

Three times i ordered 1p-lsd bottles (10mcg): - the first bottle i ordered, was perfect. - the second bottle i ordered, was not like the first one and had no effect. - the third bottle i ordered, was like the second bottle (no effect at all). Expensive bottles. I contacted Realchems, but every time they told me they will look into it, but till this day i unfortunately heard nothing. Needless to say, i will not order again.

We are sorry to hear that. It is very strange as the tracking page of the carrier and carrier itself informs that the parcel has been succesfully delivered 5 days ago.

Thanks for your comment. We are sorry to hear that the parcel came in later than expected. I can see in our database that your order has been shipped out later as we couldn't match your payment. The order number was missing in the description and the name of the account was not matching with the order confirmation. For a fast delivery we request to inform us the order number in the description of the payment. I hope this explains the late delivery to you. The tracking was not given, causing me a lot of problems receiving the package when I explicitly paid for tracking. I finally managed to get it tho so, but the email responses were painfully slow (1 week to reply)

the shipment takes 3 weeks to arrive because of a problem and the staff was totaly unable to deal with the situation despite my repeted mails

the guys just put templates that parcel will be delivered in 30 days but it takes max 7 working days to get here...no one bothered to offer anything, I also understand if you don't do tracking parcel they don't offer anything when the parcel gets lost..so that's fair enough..the parcel never came

Order #000061951 paid on July 19th never arrived. Multiple Shipping issues with DHL losing the package or the package never leaving Netherlands and customer support was always pushing me to “just wait a few more days”. Last week support told me “we will not reship it” implying it’s my fault for the issues. Had multiple other orders arrive in time in the past, but lately DHL seems to have delivery issues. Customer support doesn’t seem to care too much.

Hello, My order is stuck at DHL since 03/09 I wrote you by mail , by chat . Since the 12/09 you told me to wait for investigation , then you told me that my order will be reship one week ago and last Friday you told me two business day . I was an happy realchem customer. But no reship for my DHL order and the next Airmail didn't make it. The only thing right now it's to leave reviews anywhere I can and tell my story I will really happy to continue buying on your shop but until I receive my DHL reshipping, trust is lost Regards Romain

I've tested 1P-LSD, which often gives me stomach pain. While the ald-52 blotters are very light, although the quality is good they are too expensive.

Hi Antoine, unfortunately, we haven't heard back from you via email. As for your order, it has been reshipped in 3 business days after you contacted you about it and delivered 8 days later by DHL. It is stated in our shipping policy that the customer shall contact us if the order hasn't reached him in 15 days, or doesn't show progress for 5 working days. We will then have 10 working days to get it moving and if it is not resolved with DHL in 15 working days - we will reship the parcel for free.
