I wish i could give more stars, the product landed but the feedback was atrocious the whole time, delivering a bunch of excuses to buy some time instead of being honest from the start. I'll do another order to them and if they improve i will switch my score.

une premiere commande jamais arrivé, la 2e ils avaient recu le virement mais ne m'avais rien envoyer jusqu'a ce que je les contact et lorsque il me l'on finallement envoyer il 'y avais pas les bon produit dedans en gros pour 1 commande : 3 mois d'attente mini plus 2 paiement

Please, do not hesitate to contact us in case you received the wrong product. We are always ready to provide a fair solution in such cases. Please, be advised, that all payments should be processed automatically if you put your order number as a reference for your transaction. Otherwise, our system would be simply not able to identify your payment and process your order, so it may cause additional delays. You also mentioned that you didn't receive tour's first order. As far as I can see - your order was placed with Standard Airmail which takes 1-7 weeks to deliver. We wish we could speed up the delivery process or influence it in some way, however, we regret to inform you that it's out of our hands. There are a lot of factors affecting the delivery timeframe, such as sorting centers maintenance, warehouse overloading, and on top of that, the current holiday season that caused a lot of unexpected delays. We always highly recommend our clients select only tracked and insured shipping methods like DHL or UPS. Please, be advised, that only these shipping methods are covered with 100% re-ship in case the package is lost or not delivered. However, we understand how frustrating this situation must be and we'd like to apologize on behalf of Post NL Airmail for the inconvenience that occurred. Your feedback is very important for us and we always trying to find an individual solution for our clients, so you can be sure that we definitely won't leave you empty-handed! Long time customer. Every order was top quality up to the point i recieved a mislabeled product. The chemical molecule name didn't corresponded to the label name. i aksed question about it and didn't received any explanation. Then i finally did some research to discover that the product was bunk and didn't even correspond to both appellation. I did another order in the mean time, a different product, this one is 100% accurate and top quality. I asked for a compensation, no answer not even apologies. The customer service isn't was it used to be. It seems it get too big for the team.

Bei den ersten beiden Bestellungen (eine davon als Testbestellung, ob alles klappt) lief alles super, die Ware war auch ohne Sendungsverfolgung innerhalb von ein paar Tagen da. Die dritte Bestellung ist offensichtlich leider verloren gegangen... Ich würde also jedem empfehlen den verfolgbaren Versand zu wählen, wenn einem die Zustellung wichtig ist. Jetzt bin ich etwas enttäuscht und werde in Zukunft wohl wo anders bestellen.

They have the best prices, and a points system that makes you save as a customer. Unfortunately, the standard delivery system is lousy. I have already lost 2 orders, after which it is more expensive in the end.
