1. Paid 12 euro for delivery by PostNL as I’ve always received their parcels the next day in the past through other vendors. Order was put in on Monday, confirmation of payment amd tracking number received, so far so good. When tracking it turns out that the “parcel” only left the warehouse on Thursday so the shipping within 24hr promise is actually a lie. Contacted customer service, first reason was that they only ship with PostNL twice a week! Then why charge more than DHL. 2nd reason was that their tracking info can sometimes be delayed for upto 7 days, I’ve received tens of packages through PostNL and that’s not true. And PostNL delivery can take upto 7 days! We’re talking about neighbouring countries here where PostNL promises a transit of 1 day, of course when busy maybe 2 or 3 but my “package” arrived 10 days later ( for a distance of 200 km) 2. Turns out they just sent it as registered mail, not even a parcel which is just sent to the border and handed over the local post operators. Answer was to better use DHL. May i suggest ti just scrap the option of PostNL then cause it’s misleading and people might think let’s go for the most expensive shipping so it would arrive on time. Competitor “shop” has option of UPS, cheaper and always delivered the next day, never any issues plus more payment options. 3. Product wise RC it’s slightly better I must admit but not worth the wait and the excuses they give you and false info, just specify it’s sent by registered mail and not PostNL. Bottom line; I’ll give it another try with DHL and hope I can trust your word that it will g much faster

It´s been nearly 6 weeks since I made on order at RealChems and unfortunatelly it wasn´t delivered yet. The previous two orders arrived within one week.

I made a purchase and the package received was empty. After contacting customer service the only response was a code for 10% for my next order, which I received this time. So I lost my money on 1 order of 60 €.
