Order #000061951 paid on July 19th never arrived. Multiple Shipping issues with DHL losing the package or the package never leaving Netherlands and customer support was always pushing me to “just wait a few more days”. Last week support told me “we will not reship it” implying it’s my fault for the issues.
Had multiple other orders arrive in time in the past, but lately DHL seems to have delivery issues. Customer support doesn’t seem to care too much.
