“The only vendor in this market that I consider trustworthy!! Many other vendors are offering what would seem as “more attractive” offers; i.e, cheaper prices, faster deliveries … etc. Unfortunately, after a few orders and just when they gain your trust to place bigger orders, they vanish and scam you! Luckily, it’s not the case with this website. I’ve been using it since 2022 and they’ve been consistent in their service and product quality. Highly recommended! 👌🏽”

We are sorry to hear that you are not satisfied. According to the track and trace of your parcel, it has been delivered within 6 working days. Also I checked with our customer serivce, but we have no ticket in our system linked to your mail address. “Order 156052: I placed my order early this morning and have paid via litecoin to the address specified, sent the email with my transaction ID as the content of the email and order number in the subject field but haven't heard back yet. I paid for tracking and see the payment went through successfully. Can you please get back to me asap with the confirmation and tracking info please to my email. I'm sure you are just busy but I would really appreciate it. -Thanks”

We can see that your parcel has been shipped on August 5th (on Monday and you place the order on the Friday before - we are closed in the weekend) and delivered on August 12th. So you should have received a tracking on August 5th. We hope all is fine now.

We can see that your parcel has been shipped on August 1st and delivered on August 12th. 10 days transit time is quite normal to your country at the moment. We hope that you will change the review as you received the parcel, we always make sure that our customers get their goods.

“I buy from RealChems for more than 5 years and i have never had an issue. Sometimes it takes a while to process the orders, or the support takes a bit longer to get back to me when i send a support request, but it all works out in the end. Great products, which i have tested through an independent, harm-reduction organization and the results were pure chemicals of the exact thing i ordered. Thank you for your work, keep it up!”

We are not sure what you mean with "stolen from you" , as per our policy , when chosen for a tracked shipment, as a parcel get's lost or stuck we reship it. That is what we did and you received the parcel in good order. At this moment we are slightly behind on tickets due to an explosion on tickets. We will make sure our CS will come back to you today
