“I have made an order on 5th December. The last shipping update was on December 7th. I sent them an email asking to launch an investigation. No response after several days, even though they are promising reply within 24 hours. I will change the review if I get a reply”

“Please answer my order 159328 It has been stuck in custom in netherlands for a week and nobody is answering no support nor the mail system. Update. They responded will update when the problem is 100,percent solved. Cheers”

“Very poor customer service. They mixed up the order and didn't send the full order. I complained, they said they will send the missing items, which despite several e-mail have never reached me.”

If you reply to that, then we still solve the issue. Also we see that we have just packed and shipped a new order for you, so happy to see it isn't all that bad.

“Great Products with stable and realiable quality, friendly and helpful stuff, but sometimes You have to wait few days for answer via e-mail, somtimes even weeks, but at the end they always find good solution:)) Deliveries should be more reliable.. unfortunately there are too many "lost" packages, what a shame on delivery companies and their little thiefes :x”

It is good we have more liberal thinking in EU and being able to do this kind of research can help to empower a sense of freedom and stregthen believe and values with EU leadership. This is important aspect and it is great we can have higher quality standards thanks to Realchems. “Very good service. Fast shipping. Orders get shipped in 1 or 2 bussuniness days after ordering. Fast Reship if order didn't arrive without disscussions. Fast shipping time with 4 days until arrival in Europe with Tracked PostNL shipping. Very Low Prices. Very good Quality of Products. Best Shop i had so far.
