“Package got lost the first time, after some issues it got resent Instead of 3g of one product I received 5 which was a nice suprise Havent tried to research it yet tho, so I dont know if I actually got what I ordered They should probably switch from PostNl to DHL too. I give 4/5 for the customer service, but I cannot give 5/5 until I know the products are legit”

Thank you! Unfortunately we can't use DHL as in the past there were too many issues so therefore we decided not to use them anymore. All products we offer are legit otherwise we cannot ship them of course :)

“Long time customer here, multiple years of bussines partnership, the quality is always top notch and since the abolishon of DHL as a courrier, the shipping has become so fast and reliable. I have been in the RC bussiness for a few years and I haven't met a better marketplace.”

“I have never had a problem with Realchems. In fact, it was my favorite RC site in terms of the quality of the products, but the recent batch 4-FMA seems like not even 4-FMA. Tan powder with a disgusting smell and minimal effects. But this batch is probably the same that other vendors have. In terms of delivery and customer service, Realchems is the best.”

Sir, we asked you a couple of times to provide us the TXID so we can link the order to the payment, but we never got your reply also not in our Spam box, maybe you need to check this with your provider. Further our chat is only open during business hours, if you send a message late in the evening , the chat is not working and our CS is not available. Today we finally got your TXID and we linked it to the order number, so we now finally can ship. We trust you will receive it soon.
