“Realchems needed three weeks just to confirm my payment, that was instant via Revolut. It happend only after I wrote on Reddit about them. I orderd 6 items and recived only 4.”

“Package got lost the first time, after some issues it got resent Instead of 3g of one product I received 5 which was a nice suprise Havent tried to research it yet tho, so I dont know if I actually got what I ordered They should probably switch from PostNl to DHL too. I give 4/5 for the customer service, but I cannot give 5/5 until I know the products are legit”

Thank you! Unfortunately we can't use DHL as in the past there were too many issues so therefore we decided not to use them anymore. All products we offer are legit otherwise we cannot ship them of course :)
