“We've placed several orders, and some have been fine, but the last two orders of our research equipment were defective and malfunctioned. The first defective item didn't work at all, and they never admitted it could be due to a manufacturing defect. They offered no compensation, so we had to throw it away and lose our money. The second defective item did work, but it was ten times less effective than expected. In this case, we're not going to ask for anything because we think they'll just ignore any complaints. We're going to switch to a different research equipment supplier.”

We do not really understand what you mean, we can see that we did not ship any equipment to you. If you mean the products, if you are unhappy about your research, please be free to send us the detailed research results and we will always look into that.

“Never had any issue with them and the products are good quality. Usually arrives within a week (shipping within the EU) but it can sometimes get held up at customs for a while, that's not on them though.”

“My order was returned by local post office back to their address, and they still not send me refund, not responding my messages and ignoring all of the time... I was ordering from them regularly but this is very unprofessional from them”

We checked the order number/tracking and we can see that the parcel has been delivered on October 14th. We will have our customer service re-check the email to see if yours arrived, as we always reply to our customers.
