There has been some kind of an issue with dispatching my order as the state of my order has been still processing for several days, however after reaching out for answers I have been immediately answered in online chat, the issue was resolved and the shipment arrived only a few days afterwards. So I forgive the delay and kudos to customer service :) Quality of substances is yet to be tested, but I have no doubts about it.
