What to say... I'm not used to rate and leave comments but I thought in this case, I "must" do it. It's been a year now that I've started to order to this supplier. I've tried many others when I started research, and today he's the only one I order from. I can now say with no doubt that there's no comparaison possible between this team and other RC sites. Not only does quality had always been more than satisfying, even excellent, but the customer service is also very reactive, and always find a way to fix issues that can happen which is a quality that I've rarely seen at this point with others. I think what makes me feel so complimentary towards them is because of their regularity, when you can see that some other laboratories may go from super high quality to poor quality from a month to another. Furthermore, you can trust them beyond doubt.
