I made 7 orders, all previous 6 were ok and delivered with nice care. The last one is still pending to be accepted to DHL for 1 week and no one from RealChems is answering my e-mail for 3 days. I hope it's only unfortunate occasion, will be solved as soon as possible and will not appear again.
