I did receive the order , but there was nothing inside And the support is not answering since 1 week I would have like to order again or get an offer or a reimbursement but nobody is answering , and the chatbot on the site you're just waiting 5 hours for nothing everyday Edit : they asking to delete the bad review without doing any support , the chatbot is not answering , the support neither , i hope you all never will have to do something with the support because there is no support 2nd edit 2 month after : still not receive anything , they tried to reship it but i received nothing and now they don't want to refund me , Worst support ever , i really dont recommend ordering here , because if you have a problem once you will just lost your money and get nothing Never saw a support like that , they are trying everything to not refund when the problem is on them or on them carrier , they just say : " we can't refund because the address is not good" , and guess what ? i did other order that i received at this address I already found an other site so i guess i will never order here again , they have no support here and they will try to rob you when you do more expensive order ?
