Shopping is very easy on the Ryot web site. I appreciate the videos. Each and every product is beautifully designed right down to the rich wood, metal and acrylic. I recently had a question about how to clean the one-hitters, and Customer Service responded promptly. The internet tells you to clean them with alcohol or vinegar. DONT use these, as they can ruin the lovely metal, wood and acrylic they're made of. I soaked (non-wood) them in a bowl of warm water with Dawn for a few minutes, and then ran through with pipe cleaners until they came out clean.
