“Ordered the wrong color. Reached out per their site to the customer service team for a return label. The site states they will return your request within 48 hours. It's been 6 business days, and I have followed up twice to no response. Sad to see a good product have its reputation ruined by poor customer service.”

“Purchased a Wooden Magnetic Dugout with Matching One Hitter, in less than 4 months it cracked and fell apart. Reached oput to customer service twice, no response. If you want it to last any amount of time, don't buy! waste of money”

“I have bought several Verb Dry Herb Vaporizers, and I love them! My favourite part of buying a Ryot product is that the customer service is phenomenal. Other vape brands or stores don't actually do anything when a product is defective or missing piece. Ryot will help rectify the problem, quickly and efficiently, without hassle or doubt of the customer. I am impressed so much by the customer service, that after my original purchase, I purchased a couple Verbs for friends. Even though I live in Canada and I can't buy directly, I'll be purchasing the Ryot products I can buy in Canada. Good job, Ryot and Customer Service!”

Hey Raquel, As per our email conversation, your package was lost by USPS and we have reshipped it for you. As for any unanswered emails, we only have the email that you sent the same day this was posted (at 5:34) and one sent shortly after (at 5:40). Please note our website does state that it can take us up to 24 hours to reply on business days.

“I was very disappointed with my grinder. It binds against the sharp teeth and the magnetic ring is awful get dirty so quick. And it's quaiulty for grinding different types of herb is not consistent. Very poorly made!”
