“Only ordered a new one because I put my old battery on the wash by accident. The 510 “zippo” style battery is my favorite, glad to see they switched to USB-C. Maybe they’ll make it waterproof for people like me?! :D The 510 mini is also great, and truly mini. Glad to have it as my backup. Wish it had been USB-C as well, but not a big deal.”

“I ordered my Headcase late at night and they shipped it out first thing the next morning. Was lucky to get a 30% off code. The product itself is great. The shipping speed is just as good. Will be coming back for a bigger case also.”

“It’s as simple as this…Buy the cheaper ones and you’ll see how wood expands/constricts with moisture. Not being able to slide the wood to get in or the slide just slides off. Then you get to the RIOT. I’m on my second one now only because I dropped my first and top broke after 8 years of good service. The magnets they use, the pistol styled shape, once in your hands, you’ll see. They didn’t pay me to say this. It just is what it is and I’m 50 and been burning for at least half of my life. I’m a VP executive for a big corporation in the luxury automotive field. I say that because i know quality. This is the product!! Been there and done it with that other crap. You just don’t know until you do!! Thanks to the developers at RYOT!! Here’s old vs new. Both are slick but that new one? Damn!!”

Currently braking in a VERB Flip and was initially impressed by how lite weight it is compared to my previous 510 from another quality brand. “I ordered three bats, one wooden and two of the anodized spring bats. The wooden bat lasted a couple of weeks maybe before it started becoming loose at the point where the new ones unscrew the mouthpiece from the bat. It's so loose now that it's completely unusable. One of the spring bats is good but the other one has a small piece that came unscrewed that holds the spring mouthpiece part to the whole bat. It was also unusable. 1/3 of my order did not last two weeks. I like the company and love the wooden bats, but this order was not at all to my expectations.”

“Half the items in the store are out of inventory, and when I did find things to order that were in stock on the website, it turns out they weren’t actually in stock. Wasted hours deciding on a product pack I wanted, only to have ti cancel it due to lack of stock”

“Edit: after this review Ryot reached out and sent me a tracking number. Thanks guys!! I really would like for there to be more communication about my order. Placed it over the weekend and still haven't even heard if it has been fulfilled or shipped(its thursday). Any guess on arrival date(even a window of time) would also be nice”
