Glass stem shattered during shipping. Bong is extremely fragile and easy to break.

Hey Brandon, We sent out a replacement part as soon as you informed us of the damage. Unfortunately, glass can sometimes be damaged by rough handling by USPS. Please let us know if there is anything else we can do.

I didn't notice the Ryot logo on the product until I got it in person. The logo makes it look a little tasteless and cheap and spoils the elegance of the design. Puts it more into a "bro aesthetic" category, not something I'd want to display in my home.

I ordered three bats, one wooden and two of the anodized spring bats. The wooden bat lasted a couple of weeks maybe before it started becoming loose at the point where the new ones unscrew the mouthpiece from the bat. It's so loose now that it's completely unusable. One of the spring bats is good but the other one has a small piece that came unscrewed that holds the spring mouthpiece part to the whole bat. It was also unusable. 1/3 of my order did not last two weeks. I like the company and love the wooden bats, but this order was not at all to my expectations.

Ordered product several days ago, or at least thought I did, only to check shipping status and after trying to find my tracking info I found out my order was canceled in my ryot account without any form of notification, had to order again with more expensive shipping to make up for lost time

Feel slightly mislead, partially satisfied. I purchased the humidor with the jars, as well as additional items. I’m generally happy with Ryot products. I am happy with my gear, works well. My displeasure lies in this package. It includes the 3 jars which gave me the impression these would fit in supplied humidor. It is in fact not possible to fit all the jars and pollen box in the humidor as the package would imply. You can fit 2 jars the pollen box and a small amount of storage in the box. I would have expected this type of kit for the price to be more functionally assembled.

Was very disappointed when My package came completely trashed... from my wooden lock box to the glass jars everything had a damage issue. When reporting it to ryot it took almost a full week to solve the issue, their resolution was a full refund instead of reshipping the items in safer packaging.. This was bought as a gift for my husband's birthday and with the time it took them to resolve this issue I didn't even have a gift for him this year. Not happy with the service I received.

Ordered ryot merchandise for xmas gifts.. I emailed in to find out IF ryot could send additional RYOT tissue paper/for the items I purchased... I was rudely denied. It would have been great to push your product to folks receiving ryot gifts this year (I found the ryot tissue to be a nice addition to my receivers opening their gifts this year.) But the simplicity of additional ryot tissue paper wasn't in my future...

The dugout was as expected, which is great. The new wood one hitter is cheap in a word. The metal tip gets extremely hot after one hit, to the point that I burned myself on it. The one hitter then broke within a week of use. I ended up buying a new metal one hitter and still use the dugout.

I ordered a wooden twist version and it worked great for a few days but would it tighten well and it now spins freely and won't tighten

My VERB 510 Vaporizer came with a broken battery. It wouldn’t connect and heat up, no matter how much I messed with it. I’m aware with how the product works since I’ve previously gotten the same one at a gas station for 25$, but lost it a few months later. A bit bummed and let down but I know it wasn’t intended to come broken.

Good customer service. Product not so good. Zipper broke within a few days. I got an immediate replacement. Replacement's zipper broke within a few days. Threw product in the garbage.

Pretty cool little one hitters, unfortunately one of the three I bought came apart where the wood meets the metal after only a few uses.

The grinder is solid. The modular design is a great idea and works well. The coarse is not coarse enough and finely grinds. The rose gold lettering isn’t visible. Wish there was an agitator to help pollen push through screen. I had a coupon code that wasn’t working and had no help from customer service. Still have yet to receive a reply. Not sure if I’d purchase from the company again.

Got the hard shell case, love the look and function. My issue is the zipper, breaks in a couple months. Emailed Ryot, they replaced it immediately, no charge. Two months later zipper breaks again. Ryot is a great company, great customer service. Simply not impressed with this particular product.
