“Edit: after this review Ryot reached out and sent me a tracking number. Thanks guys!! I really would like for there to be more communication about my order. Placed it over the weekend and still haven't even heard if it has been fulfilled or shipped(its thursday). Any guess on arrival date(even a window of time) would also be nice”

“I think it would be great to have it say somewhere on the website (Website updated [Insert last date updated]) I was looking for a new vape and I came across at least three websites that were outdated and at checkout they did not even take payments because I guess they stopped taking orders? If you have a date of when the site was updated, I think it will allow customers like me to let us know that you guys are still alive and taking orders. Other than that, shopping experience is simple and can't wait to receive my product!”

“Dood.....I am a repeat customer and promoter of this brand to all my friends.....I even messed up and typed the wrong zip code on my order and when it got returned they re-shipped it on their dime for my mistake...can't say enough good things about the products I have gotten here either...love this place and will be back again”

“One of the small bats I ordered is already broken. The screw together part is stripped out. It is also too to fit in my old Ryot wooden box I bought on Canada Day in Vancouver back in 2013.”

“I bought the maple dugout and black tipped bat. The dugout is lightweight and durable. Unfortunately the bat I received had a crome tip instead of the black. Other than that, great product.”
