“I just received my Stand Up Spoon pipe. It’s a very cool matte finish, that’s hard to appreciate from the photos online. I purchased the full size & it’s perfect. I’m a repeat customer for a reason. Quality at reasonable prices. Enjoy.”

“This is my second Ryot Verb and I love it. The 1st one lasted well over 5 years. It's compact, yet holds quite a lot of product. I really enjoy the customizable temperature settings and the fact that you can control the exact temperature, rather than relying on a few preset choices. It's a really smooth draw and doesn't get clogged quickly. It's also easy to take apart and clean. Great value for the price as well.”

Hey Brandon, We sent out a replacement part as soon as you informed us of the damage. Unfortunately, glass can sometimes be damaged by rough handling by USPS. Please let us know if there is anything else we can do.

“I didn't notice the Ryot logo on the product until I got it in person. The logo makes it look a little tasteless and cheap and spoils the elegance of the design. Puts it more into a "bro aesthetic" category, not something I'd want to display in my home.”
