The unit broke almost immediately. The heat generated by the small metal tip doesn’t allow for any use of the features it was bought for. I was given a base unit from a friend and it worked better than the premium unit i purchased. The concept behind this is stellar, just need a better execution. Tip; use a metal sleeve cases in thin wood instead of threading the wood. This is going to be a point of failure every time. Will continue to use the stock piece that doesn’t thread out, as it’s uncomplicated and steadfast.
