I was very happy when I talked to a customer service rep and they helped me. I was upset cause I bought an order and heard nothing for 3 weeks after my purchase. Then I finally got a reply to tell me that the order I made was out of stock. So the rep asked me how they could help and and helped they did. I am pleased and will do business with them again!
