My Starwood experience was very positive. They were knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. My dog arrived in Australia passing all requirements and only needed the minimum stay in quarantine.
My only comment would be that they could improve on communication. I found I was always the one to initiate contact and check that I was doing everything on time. Once contacted my case manager was very helpful and responsive but I did have to start the conversation.
