Terrible customer service. When my parcel never arrived the customer service basically said “we have lots of customers there’s nothing we can do”. The clothes arrived maybe 3 months later thanks to getting in contact with Evri (with no assistance from Tela Cruz). The clothing size was ridiculous. I ordered a matching tracksuit in medium size. I am 5’10 200lbs. The bottoms were extremely tight around the waist and legs and the inseam seemed oddly short and the hoodie was comically oversized. Both said M on the label but seemed more like S and XXL. 0/10 if I could
