Pretty bad customer service. First says you can get a credit note for exchanges for Sale Items but later says they can’t accept returns since no one is in the country/warehouse to accept it since their whole team is in Dubai enjoying their vacation. I can’t believe a company in the U.K. would actually do this, very reckless and childish behavior from an online grand like this. This is my 3rd purchase but they didn’t even care to refund/help me with the exchange considering this is not my first purchase with them.
Someone needs to tell the owner the basics of business and how to maintain customer loyalty cause they got 0% care for their customers. Wouldn’t shop again here which is disappointing since their quality is pretty good.
