Asked for an exchange when the order was massive and did not respond. I had to open a case to get them to respond and even then I still haven't received my exchanged order. Fortunately in the end PayPal have closed the case rightly so in my favour. Poor communication from them and I'd be stuck if I hadn't of had any buyers protection!
