I ordered a pair of contact lenses in December and haven’t received it yet .It’s now the end of March . I have tried contacting them via email , Facebook, Instagram and their so called WhatsApp customer care but all platforms have been useless . Their customer service is pathetic. They take your money and don’t send you the item and when you try to find out what’s going on , it’s a long painful experience with no response . I would not recommend ordering from this site .Absolute worst customer service ever !
