I have tried contacting WhatsApp help for enquiry for several days but not once I have received response from the company. I feel as I am being ignored due to mentioning of return and exchange. The item is unopened and I would like to exchange. Is it possible? Its been days yet still waiting to hear back from them. They told me they were going to send me a replacement pair but that was almost 4 months ago and I'm still waiting.!! Since then I have made contact through Whatsapp and several emails but have been now completely ignored.!!!

The delivery shows a picture of a door that’s not mine and I have been up and down the street trying to see if I can match the door with no success.
