I have tried contacting WhatsApp help for enquiry for several days but not once I have received response from the company. I feel as I am being ignored due to mentioning of return and exchange. The item is unopened and I would like to exchange. Is it possible? Its been days yet still waiting to hear back from them. However the messages are getting through with double ticks being displayed instantly. Can someone get back to me please? Thanks
