I have ordered twice from this company but the second pair of contact lenses with damaged. I made contact with the customer service team via Whatsapp and explained what had happened. They told me they were going to send me a replacement pair but that was almost 4 months ago and I'm still waiting.!! Since then I have made contact through Whatsapp and several emails but have been now completely ignored.!!!
Don't waste your money with this company because the level of service is absolutely shocking.!!!!
