I purchased the All Video Downloader with 1 year license. It was working fine until lately. Error occurs all the time. Error was " VIDEO CAN'T BE PARSED ". I have requested Tech support 4 times but no response. It's been over a month and the problem has never been fix. I would like a refund. Thank you.
