same problem, did a renew of the licence for Flixgrab, before it was working perfectly and after renew the licence i'll get the same issue, " VIDEO CAN'T BE PARSED ". I have filled out the debugg requested Tech support 4 times but no response. It's been over a month and the problem still remains.
