I bought the brocante filigree metallic flower bowl - the description said “reuse this bowl again and again for future events with artificial or fresh flowers inside” When I put water in it it leaked. I looked at the label which said it came with a plastic liner. I contacted customer service, sent them a video and asked for a plastic liner. They replied that they do not supply the plastic liner and that it did not state that the bowl was watertight on the website and because I had used it they would not allow a return or refund me.
Their next email said “ When it comes to using fresh flowers, it's essential to utilise oasis foam to secure the flowers in place and maintain their hydration.
Unfortunately, we don't recommend submerging fresh flowers directly in water on our website, as this deviates from the methods used by florists”.
!!
I have contacted my credit card provider who agree that the item does not match the intended purpose and will endeavour to get a refund for me.
Absolutely appalling customer service, completely obstructive and clearly with very little actual knowledge of floristry!
