“I can't tell you how thrilled I was to receive the flowers I ordered from you. They are absolutely stunning and the colour of the roses are incredible. Who needs to buy fresh flowers when the artificial ones look so realistic and last longer. I am so glad that I came across your website and will definitely be using it again with Christmas in mind! So many friends who have seen the flowers, thought they were real and asked me where I got them from, so you may be getting more orders. Thank you again and thank you for packaging the flowers up so beautifully. It took me hours to open the box!”

“Happy with my purchase, flowers were just as described and arrived quite well packaged, only reason for 4 stars they were longer than the box and instead of bending the stems the flower heads were squashed in ... ok after a little tweak but may have been damaged. Would buy again as I could not find viburnum in any retailers!”

“I have placed 4 0rders over the last few months for the Moira Vases very dissapointed with the packaging 3 parcels out of 4 the some of the Vases have been broken and Ihave had to go to the trouble of getting back in touch with you for replacements, the last order I placed with you I did send an email and ask you to pack them securely I ordered 8 vases and when they arrived 2 of them were broken yet again. It was a tall box with all 8 vases staked on top of one another with hardly any bubble wrap I would suggest that your packing team wee given a few lessons on how to pack them. I do like the vases but if you can't supply them all in one piece I think I will have to purcase them from elseware.”

“New buyer - My EFS order arrived very well packaged and earlier than expected, my order was in A1 condition and exactly as described. Very happy indeed as I managed to start my to do list a bit quicker than I thought.
