Half my delivery of pots was broken. Some of the replacement pots were also broken when they arrived. Cost me money and time. Offered no compensation. Not recommended.

Wouldn't use this company again for garden supplies. The large planters I purchased were of very poor quality considering the price and compared to the exact same ones I had purchased from a different company. Customers Services replied to my complaint promptly.

Your products are fine. Unfortunately I experienced 2 deliveries with broken pots. Their protection during carriage needs attention

Tried 3 times to deliver and each time the product was broken, they were quick to replace but with another broken item I requested a refund in the end

Shocking packaging all vases were broken no bubble wrap round them just cardboard partician all packed in a massive box very inconvient had to get my Daughter to come over and take a photograph why do people think that we all know all about technolgy why can't we be trusted

Really dissapointed. I've used Easy Florist for years but recently I ordered a larges election of recycled glass vases. They came poorly packaged and half of them broken. I messaged to say how frustrating it was, I hate the waste involved and could have easily been avoided. We are buying recycled glass for a reason - we care about sustainability. They sent some more to replace the broken ones without complaint. This time I requested they changed the address and tried to package better. The replacement they sent was packed in the exact same way with more broken once again - and also to the wrong address. I guess they just have money to burn. Really dissapointing, I wont be using them again.

The grave base arrived safely after several days albeit loosely thrown into a ridiculous massive box. Not wrapped in anything to protect it. It was very cheap - but the postage was far too much for such a light item. I regret buying such a cheap item as, although it'll do the job for a while, it won't last. Wouldn't recommend.

Quality of the arch was poor. The weld was missing on some part so the bars moved showing rust spots. Very disappointed as I work hard for my money and this was very flimsy not what I expected at all

I purchased 10 Oasis letters for the funneral arrangement for my Nan leaving clear 10 workings days for delivery which is twice the amount advised for delivery. After 5 workings days the order status had not moved to dispatch. They arrived working day 9 and my order was missing 2 of the letters. I had no time left to sort it out with the company to get them in time for the funeral. Trying to source 2 letter Y's the day before a funeral is not much fun. We only managed to get one of the missing letters elsewhere so was not able to make the heatfelt tribute we had wanted to. I had messaged customer services about the delay and the response time is slow. I have tried several times to call on the phone and it just says nobody can answer the call and to email them... which as already mentioned is a slow process. I personally would look elsewhere if you have a deadline and it is for something as important and sentimental as a funeral.

Very dissapointing, I bought this product for a school project. The wood would be the base of a lamp. But when it arrived i was horrified with the quality. There was foreign wood chunks in the cracks of the log to fill them up and they had been glued in. The product was very light and didnt have the charectristics of real wood. Very dissapointing.

Awful service ordered over 2 weeks ago. Heard nothing and had no correspondence regarding this order. Nothing has been sent. Called and emailed numerous times to be ignored. Finally got through on their chat after waiting 3 hours. To be told it’s their busy period and to wait 5-7 working days. This time frame had already passed. I then get a message saying if I pay another £4.96 my postage would be upgraded. I’ve already spent £55 for no order so why should I pay more. As a company if you cannot fulfill the orders you have you should not be takin more. Other companies mange to get items out during this busy period too. Wish I looked at reviews white ordering. I needed the items for a clients tree but it looks like o won’t be getting them in time.

I’ve been asked to review my purchase but very difficult to do so when not received it. Messaged customer service twice no response and been 72 hours. Can someone reach out with an update it’s been 7 days and no delivery.
