“Final number of stars is pending. Box came without one of the items ordered and am waiting for a response to my enquiry. So far just the standard email to say they received my query and 2 emails asking for a review…”

“My order arrived damaged which wasn't surprising, it was very inadequately packed. I had to reject it and it was sent back. Tried to call easy florists but it just rang out every time. Then I emailed them, and almost a day later I haven't heard back. Really bad service and very disappointed”

We are terribly sorry to hear that you have received your order damaged. A pallet delivery is used to prevent damaged. We are investigating the process of your order and why this has occurred, in order to prevent pallet damage in the future. “Received a product with wrong dimensions. It was a pot stand being 1 cm less wide it didn't fit my pot. Requested free return and was refused "due to product size variations". Buy elsewhere. Amazon offers free returns and the same quality”
