My order arrived damaged which wasn't surprising, it was very inadequately packed. I had to reject it and it was sent back. Tried to call easy florists but it just rang out every time. Then I emailed them, and almost a day later I haven't heard back. Really bad service and very disappointed

We are terribly sorry to hear that you have received your order damaged. A pallet delivery is used to prevent damaged. We are investigating the process of your order and why this has occurred, in order to prevent pallet damage in the future. A full refund has been processed and we again apologise for the inconvenience caused.

Received a product with wrong dimensions. It was a pot stand being 1 cm less wide it didn't fit my pot. Requested free return and was refused "due to product size variations". Buy elsewhere. Amazon offers free returns and the same quality

Unfortunately, any item that is not damaged or defected will not be a free return We can see that you have now received a full refund for your returned item.

Ordered a pack of 50 ‘Easter cards’ When they arrived turned out to be no bigger than my palm!! Description doesn’t state they are this small! Quick delivery thought!
