Can't comment of the quality of the product, as it arrived far too late, so I had to reject the delivery. Absolutely no communication from the company regarding the delay, and impossible to speak to anyone about it. Will not use again.

I have not received the hamper boxes yet despite being promised that as they were busy and had not been able to despatch my order as originally promised they would put it on a Saturday Delivery order and that has also not materialised. These hamper boxes are for my daughters wedding, so have been totally let down by this company. The questions below suggest I have the delivery. I DO NOT

tracking for delivery doesn't work. I ordered it over a week ago, still can't track it so gave no idea if it's been delivered or when it will be. Will not use them again!

I bought the brocante filigree metallic flower bowl - the description said “reuse this bowl again and again for future events with artificial or fresh flowers inside” When I put water in it it leaked. I looked at the label which said it came with a plastic liner. I contacted customer service, sent them a video and asked for a plastic liner. They replied that they do not supply the plastic liner and that it did not state that the bowl was watertight on the website and because I had used it they would not allow a return or refund me. Their next email said “ When it comes to using fresh flowers, it's essential to utilise oasis foam to secure the flowers in place and maintain their hydration. Unfortunately, we don't recommend submerging fresh flowers directly in water on our website, as this deviates from the methods used by florists”. !! I have contacted my credit card provider who agree that the item does not match the intended purpose and will endeavour to get a refund for me. Absolutely appalling customer service, completely obstructive and clearly with very little actual knowledge of floristry!

Vases were nice, but I was not impressed paying an extra import fee which cost more than the vases and delivery fees combined, therefore I would be slow in buying again

Two out of three items missing from the order which were reported in good time. An automatic acknowledgment email came but still no resolution to the dreadful service.

Only received 2 out of 20 bags, I had to ring them up to find out where the remaining missing bags was turns out it was the packers fault not good!

Colour blind. 53cm Limestone Sahara Planter are nothing like the colour shown on the web. Sent in pictures showing they are not a limestone/buff , but are the grey colour of the bin I keep under my sink. Bec tried to help, but the Head of Marketing over-ruled, and said the colour was the same. Should have gone to Specsavers!!! DO NOT BUY unless you want bin grey pots. Really disappointed with the way Easy Florist handled the whole thing. Be warned.

Ordered an item, was looking forward to receiving, turned out item wasn’t on their website to order, ordered on their sister company & wasn’t available on their website to order either. Would never use either companies again & wouldn’t recommend.

do not recommend buying any vessels from here as they are not watertight despite being a supply shop for florists.

Hi there, Thank you for your feedback. We can confirm that not all our products are watertight. For those that are not, there is a recommendation on the product. In this case the recommendation is as follows- We recommend using a liner if you are using water with the product. We hope that this helps confirm the reason behind this.

The tracking details do not show any issues which is very unusual if there is a late delivery. Due to the inconvenience caused, we will refund your delivery charge for you.
