The item was fine but you need to sort out your deliveries. I ordered this for my husband's funeral and the delivery people clearly could not be bothered to delver so it arrived only the day before I needed to prepare it.

On the website, the product demonstration photo is horrible and gives you a different idea of ​​what it really is. Poor quality photo.. see-through, port quality plastic

Very poor quality product in comparison to corsage bands I have had off Amazon . I wouldn’t but these again .

Unfortunately I had a delivery with 2 broken vases - they were packaged very poorly. I ordered 2 more to arrive next day as I have a wedding they are needed for but one of those 2 was also broken, again no effective packaging, just rattling around in cardboard box. I am now left without the amount of vases I need for the wedding. The customer service team were quick to respond but am not sure I will order vases again as its a gamble. Please check the team who package these for you guys as I am sure you must be replacing vases and losing money unnecessarily.

Placed my order, took my money and when it didn’t arrive after 5 days I made contact and got that there was no stock left and they would refund. Not helpful when you needed your order for an event so near to Christmas.

Unfortunately, although customer service was courteous they were unable to solve my order problem whereby their systems indicated items in stock on more than one occasion when there was no availability at all. This was not the first incident relating to stock levels, a very negative response.

Order arrived after 6 working days and box was damaged with hole in it and some of the flowers coming out of the box

The ribbon colours on the website vary from the ribbon delivered and are hugely different viewed inside and then out. See photographs. Be aware of where you are going to use your ribbon! Sending all these back -postage is a cost to me

Box itself is good but the colour is very creamy/yellow and not peralised as discribed so be careful regarding colour when ordering

The ease of purchasing online and collecting from store was second to none, the product however was very disappointing as it came with dead beetles and dirt inside the packaging

Unfortunately, the item I ordered arrived damaged. It was very delicate to start with, the box arrived squashed and there wasn't a 'fragile' sticker on the box. The head of the peacock wasn't attached to the body anymore.

Hi Ulli, We sincerely apologise that your order order was delivered damaged. We only tend to apply fragile tape to our glass products, however other products will be packaged with protection. We understand it is very frustrating to receive an order damaged and we will do all we can to resolve this issue, in this case a refund was processed as requested. We appreciate your feedback. The candles are lovely but unfortunately 1 out of 2 packets were snapped. More packaging required on delicate items.

Didn’t actually have the item’s in stock so couldn’t fulfil the order, but took 4 days to let me know. Quick refund only positive.
