The stem of the feather came out when using the feather for craft and could not get it back in. Not great quality.

I ordered these mini buds for button holes for my wedding i know they were cheap and they arrived quickly which was great but alot of them had the wires sticking thru so i didn't use them.

I’m only giving 3 stars because the price sticker was stuck under the wording snd impossible to get off. I managed to ruin the plastic vase d as bad still couldn’t get the glue off. I tried using liquid soap first then a bit of nail polish remover. I wrote to the company complaining about the sticker but have not had a reply.

All good busy time if the year so had to call to check where order was as not updates. Upgraded to next day delivery so all arrived in time for my project .

Good options but took a long time to arrive which made me nervous because I needed them for a workshop. Faster delivery and more communication would improve the experience. The wreath bases I ordered were smaller than I thought (my own fault) and I had to order more, but I chose another supplier with faster and more reliable delivery.

Slow delivery, high price of postage for a small item that would have fitted into an envelope, instead came in a big box .Item itself perfect .

Placed an order almost 2 weeks ago. Nothing has been dispatched. I've tried contacting the company via email and phonecall. Eventually someone got back to me and posted my order out.

They use Evri and I’ve not yet received my parcel so can’t comment but will be asking for a full refund shortly Update delivered this lunchtime 1/10/23) by Amazon !!

I received the order on 27th Sept. E mailed to report a piece missing from a decoration the same evening. Still waiting for this to be resolved.

Ordering is easy, it's pot luck when ordering tinware, if it arrives dented or not, luckily this order only had small dents in which I was able to push out with my fingers. I'm not sure if it's checked before sending, but they are not packed tight enough not to move in box. I was disappointed with the glass tealight holders which I normally have, 1 arrived broken and they are not the same quality as before, much thinner glass.

Not directly related to the service from easy florist, but a product they sell. Ordered a 20m reel of ribbon expecting it to be in one long piece. It was in fact cut in two. I could have bought 2 separate reels cheap elsewhere if that was what I wanted. About 5mtrs from the end of the reel the ribbon was covered in grease and had a tear running lengthways for approximately a metre. Really poor quality. Out of 20m I probably salvaged 15m where I had wastage from it being in two pieces and the damage.

Service and website fine, also delivery . I was a little concerned about some of the sharp edges on some of the metal items
