We are terribly to hear that you have not yet received your order. We can see that you have been contacted by our Tracking team who are investigating the location of your order. In the event they the are unable to locate your order, we can by all means issue a replacement to be sent out on an express delivery. A refund has now been processed for your delivery charge due to the delay.
