“Delivered in expected time frame, nice product. Unfortunately on first attempt the vase was broken on arrival, the process to report this online was minimal fuss and the response and issue of a replacement was rapid.”

“The vases were great but two were broken that you have now replaced. The original ones had only paper wrapped around them so it's not surprising that two were damaged. The two replacements that I received today were wrapped very well in bubble wrap.”
