HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE - DO NOT USE!!!
After extending the auction for 2 hours, I won with a cash bid $7500 over the minimum bid price only to have it rejected as my bid wasn't high enough (even though the house had sold 2 years ago for $16k less, not including the 5% buyer premium). Now it's relisted at the same minimum bid!!!! Shame on listing agent Linda Powers - Berkshire Hathaway.
