Over all easy buying process in a market that hates forclosures and will usually put them off and not want to work with you and banks hate them but this is a very easy way to get one. It is up to you to do your own investigating and check everything out for your own personal needs but otherwise was a nice experience. I was able to purchase a very nice home in a very nice gated community in a resort area for next to nothing considering what the houses go for inside the neighborhood. It is of course a fixer upper but I will still be way ahead by the time it's done.
