For me it was a quick process. You must get used to speaking to someone out of the country, but everyone was helpful and knowledgeable. I read about the lack of going to closing so I kept telling my friends that I think I won an auction and will be purchasing the house. Well, after the earnest money was wired I closed within 30 days. I told the chance and used their title closing company...it worked for me. Maybe because I used cash or maybe they have improved the customer service.
