I am NOT happy. This is a site selling thousands of homes and they need to do a better job. I was the winning bidder and didn’t know it then 3 days later I found out I was the winning bidder but because I didn’t respond the property went to someone else. The way they communicate or the lack of it is disturbing. I contacted them via email and phone and never got an appropriate response to guide me. It really is disturbing. I have bought properties from other auction sites over the past six years and none of them operate this way. I am a seasoned real estate investor so I would caution all to be very careful.
