I would recommend steering clear of this site. I bid on a property, had the high bid, reserve was met and received a confirmation email stating I was high bidder. Shortly after, I received another email stating the seller rejected my bid and relisted the property (at a higher opening bid amount). They even had the nerve to invite me to bid again. I also find it interesting that they can reject any bid without explanation and yet if I were to back out of an accepted bid, I'd be penalized $1,500 but they have no repercussions when they do. Not a reputable organization!
